The Gardena One-Stop Center administers the Focus on Youth Program and the Youth Year Round Program. The Focus on Youth program, is a job referral program for Gardena youth ages 16-21. The program teaches career exploration skills through a concentrated pre-employment skills workshop. The Youth Year Round program provides job readiness skills and part time employment to Gardena youth, ages 14-21. Gardena youth are placed at a worksite at the prevailing minimum wage.
