Should your STEP or STEF system malfunction, the panel located on the side of your home will alarm. Silence the alarm by pressing the button located on or under the panel and notify the City immediately. If your sewer alarm goes off during our regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday please call the Operations Center at 360-817-1567. After hours, weekends or holidays please call Sonitrol at 360-737-0592.
Remember to always flush wisely to protect your pipes and the environment, and to report sewer alarms at the time of occurrence.
