Providing a Tax Schedule Number/Parcel ID is required in order for Planning staff to locate your proposed project site prior to a pre-application meeting.
Please visit the El Paso County Assessor's Site (https://property.spatialest.com/co/elpaso/#/) and search by address or owner name to locate Tax Schedule Number/Parcel ID.
If an address is not available, please use Springsview (https://gis.coloradosprings.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=springsview) to locate your proposed location. Once you have located your proposed parcel on map, right click and choose "identify what's here." This will provide the parcel number in the left hand menu box. A tax schedule number should be 10 digits in length.
