How do I report a pothole or a cracked street in my neighborhood?

If you spot a pothole, cracks or other damage on any city street surface, you may report it online or by calling us at 3-1-1.


Median Cleanup and Landscaping

 Non-landscaped medians are maintained by the local street maintenance crews.

If you see a damaged median or the landscaping needs repair or maintenance, you may file a service request online or by calling us at 3-1-1.


Street Sweeping 

How often are streets in El Paso swept?

All city-maintained streets are swept three times per year and streets downtown are swept three times per week. To learn more about the program visit the our Street Operations site.


Bike Lanes

What city streets have designated bicycle lanes?

The City of El Paso has dozens of streets with bicycle lanes. You may find streets with bicycle lanes online at: http://gis.elpasotexas.gov/bikelanes/index.html

How can I report a bike lane that needs repairs or sweeping?

Requests for repairs or maintenance of bike lanes may be made online or by calling 3-1-1.
