There is a noise ordinance regulating leaf blower usage at various times of the year. Violation of the leaf blower ordinance is enforced by the Evanston Police Department.
Report violations happening now to the police at the non-emergency number, 847-866-5000. Officers will investigate complaints as soon as possible. (Please remember this is a non-emergency call and other priorities may take precedence over leaf blower usage violations.)
