If you have questions regarding your Passport Parking Account such as how much were you charged, please contact Passport Parking by calling 704-817-2500 or 704-837-8066.
If you have signed up with Facebook or an email address, Passport Parking will send a confirmation email to the email address that was used when setting up the account. If you have signed up with your cell phone, you may add email receipts by going to your profile in the app or web and clicking "Update." You may also go to "Options" and make sure that the "Email Me Receipts" tab has been selected.
